BISMARCK, ND — Stephen Cooper, Fredericktown, has been named to the President’s Honor Roll for the Spring 2017 semester at Bismarck State College.
“Former President Barack Obama once said, ‘Not many folk spend a lot of time trying to be excellent.’ He wasn’t talking about BSC students! We’re proud of the time they’ve spent here being excellent, and we are confident this excellence will continue into your future studies or chosen profession,” said BSC President Dr. Larry C. Skogen.”
Students must maintain at least a 3.50 grade point on a 4.00 scale while enrolled in at least 12 semester hours of classes to qualify for the BSC President’s Honor Roll.
